What is our domestic shipping policy?

All products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States.

We offer free shipping to the continental United States over $99.

All orders have the option of being shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship out your order. This does NOT apply to pre-ordered items.

Tracking Information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

If you have pre-ordered a product, please read down below about our pre-order policy.

 

Do we offer International Shipping?*

International orders can be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on Country and Territory.  

*International Orders MIGHT be subject to custom fees. Your country's customs may be more sensitive to assessing these fees. Shipping costs charged by Born Natty Nutrition do NOT include custom fees, duties or taxes.  These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to research their Country or Territories shipping and customs regulations before placing an order with Born Natty Nutrition.  

Born Natty Nutrition will NOT offer refunds for shipments that have been seized by customs. 

 

How does Free Shipping work on samples?

We offer Free Shipping on the sample tubs ONLY to the continental US.  If you add anything else to your cart along with the sample tubs, you will be subject to shipping costs.

How can I track the status of my order?

Contact support@bornnattynutrition.com and include the following:

- Name

- Email

- Order #

We will get back to you with the status of your order promptly.

 

My package was stolen.  Can I get a refund?

Born Natty Nutrition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  

 

Do we offer a return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Your entire order will be refunded (minus shipping costs) after the product has reached our distribution center.

Products must be unopened in order to qualify for a return.

Please note that your order will be refunded back to the original payment.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

Yes!  You can make changes to your order as long as your order has not already been shipped out.  If this is the case, please contact customer support for help.  

If you entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please reach out to the respective carrier (USPS or UPS) to change your address.

 

What if I have not received my order?

If you are having issues with the delivery of your order, OR if you have never received your order, please contact our customer support team at support@bornnattynutrition.com with a brief description of your issue, your full name and your order number.  

A member of our support team will be able to further assist you.

 

What is our pre-order policy?

We here at BNN are happy to give the option of pre-ordering our products.  Under certain circumstances, we may run out of stock.  Pre-ordering gives you the option to be given a guarantee of the product when we receive inventory.  

When you pre-order a product, your payment method is authorized and charged fully for your order.  

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will be able to assist you.
